Child Safety Standards

Speak Three, developed by Hardik Navadiya, is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. These standards outline our commitment to child safety and the measures we take to protect minors.

1. Prohibition of CSAE

Speak Three strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to: - Any sexual content involving minors - Grooming or solicitation of minors - Sharing, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - Any communication intended to exploit or harm children - Promoting or glorifying abuse of minors in any form

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

Speak Three maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding CSAE and CSAM. Any user found violating these standards will face immediate consequences, including: - Immediate suspension or permanent termination of their account - Removal of all offending content - Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities - Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

3. Age Requirements

Speak Three is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove their account and any associated data.

4. Reporting Mechanism

We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that may violate these child safety standards. You can report concerns through the following channels: - In-app: Use the "Report" or "Feedback" option available within the app - Email: Contact our dedicated child safety team at safety@speakthree.app All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

5. How We Address CSAM

Speak Three has implemented the following procedures to address child sexual abuse material (CSAM): - Immediate removal of any identified CSAM content - Reporting all identified CSAM to NCMEC via CyberTipline - Cooperation with law enforcement agencies in their investigations - Permanent banning of accounts associated with CSAM - Preservation of relevant data as required by law for investigative purposes

6. Content Moderation

We employ the following measures to maintain a safe environment: - Review of reported content and user behavior - Monitoring for policy violations - Swift action on flagged content, including removal and account suspension - Regular review and updates to our safety measures and policies
