Speak Three is a mobile application that converts phone numbers to memorable words and vice versa. The service includes features such as: - Phone number to word conversion - Word to phone number conversion - Visual Mode with AI-generated images - Sharing capabilities - User account management

3. User Responsibilities

When using Speak Three, you agree to: - Provide accurate information when creating an account - Keep your account credentials secure - Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service - Not use offensive or inappropriate language when creating word combinations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Speak Three, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Hardik Navadiya and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using Speak Three, such as word combinations. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Disclaimers

Speak Three is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free - The results obtained from using the service will be accurate - Any errors in the service will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardik Navadiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Premium Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Speak Three offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans: - Gold: £4.99 per month - Silver: £2.99 per month - Bronze: £0.99 per month Prices shown are in GBP. Actual prices may vary by region and currency based on your App Store or Google Play store location.

Billing & Renewal

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. - Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. - Prices may vary by region based on local currency conversion.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. - On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions - On Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the period ends. - No refund will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID or Google Play account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Speak Three at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
