- Device information (device type, operating system) - App usage statistics - Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: - Provide and maintain our service - Convert phone numbers to memorable words and vice versa - Generate AI images for visual representation (when Visual Mode is enabled) - Improve and optimize our app - Send you updates about our services (with your consent) - Respond to your inquiries and support requests

3. Information Visible to Other People

Speak Three is a directory. Anyone who knows your three words can look you up and see the profile details you have chosen to make public. This includes people who do not have the app installed, because the same lookup is available on our website.

You control what is visible. In the app, go to Profile and use the Privacy Settings toggles for your name, profile picture, phone number and email address, and the individual toggles beside each social link.

- Details you mark as public can be seen by anyone who knows your three words - Details you mark as private are not shown to other people in the app or on our website - Your three words themselves are shareable by design; anyone you give them to can look up your public details - You can change any of these settings at any time, and changes take effect immediately

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is processed locally on your device whenever possible. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Phone numbers and words you enter are primarily processed on your device and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save them to your account.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app may use the following third-party services: - Google Gemini API: For generating AI images in Visual Mode - Firebase: For authentication and cloud storage (if applicable) - Analytics services: To understand app usage and improve our services
